- All orders are processed within 4–10 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders are processed only on business days (Monday–Saturday).
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
- We ship across India through trusted and reliable courier partners.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, SMS, or email (where applicable).
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at the time of placing the order. If you notice an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. Once the shipment has been processed, address changes may not be possible.
Delivery Delays: While we strive to deliver every order on time, Hari Om Jewellers is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or transportation issues.
Lost or Undelivered Packages: If your package appears to be lost, please contact our customer support within 48 hours is possible.
Our team will coordinate with the courier partner and assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

A clear unboxing video is mandatory for any claim regarding damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products.

Returns without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your return or replacement.
